Need new roof installed on a one-story garage and covered porch. Job is to demo existing ceramic roof tiles, repair any underlayment board as needed, install new shingles. Materials provided. Job is downtown by Columbia College. Pls only respond if you're an experienced installer (-: Budget is $100 per square to install, plus a fee to demo, a fee to repair any underlayment boards.
