Starting a Cover Band for Wineries/Breweries

I'm looking to start a cover band to play at wineries/breweries. I'd like to play the oldies hits from bands like the Beatles, the Eagles, Van Morrison, Santana etc., but would like to cover them in a low-key mostly acoustic-like style. I play guitar and could possibly sing. I am primarily looking for a vocalist, and percussionist, but am open to any type of musician. My only stipulations are that you are vaccinated from COVID, you are punctual, that you do not drink alcohol or smoke during our practices, and most importantly, you're easy to get along with.
