TEMPLE TERRACE, FL — The Florida Highway Patrol is seeking tips to find a hit-and-run driver who struck and killed a 32-year-old Arizona woman Monday evening. The woman was walking in the bicycle lane on 56th Street approaching Harney Road at 5:36 p.m. when she was struck by a southbound car. She died at the scene. Anyone who may have witnessed the accident is asked to call the FHP at 813-558-1800 or Crime Stoppers.
