Oro Dam Blvd and Lincoln intersection (BOA and Popeyes) My daughter and I were on Oro Dam headed to Game Stop and on my green light a woman driving a 2004 white Nissan Sentra with a spoiler hit us around 18:15 (6:15pm). Her car was dirty and I didn't see her plate because I assumed she was going to get out of the vehicle or atleast pull off to the side of the road. Instead she backed up and took off on Lincoln toward old down town.. I attempted to chase after her but my car wouldn't move past Popeyes so I pulled over and several whitness saw the wreck. The police arrived and took statements and left. I'm bless I had full coverage for a tow. Kings towing is amazing. I met the owner and he's a very nice man. I'm a mother of 3 full-time children, I'm a disabled veteran and on a very small fixed income. I am not sure what the insurance company is going to offer me because I'm not sure what has become of the other driver. I've contacted OPD and dispatch to no avail of information. I've been transferred to the supervisor but no information yet. I need a vehicle. I have no money right now. I have not worked in over 5 years because I have a hard time standing without rest. I'm not expecting free or a handout.. just a hand up. I'm willing and will work to the best of my ability. I can do chores, clean houses and office spaces, walk dogs, yard work, paint, clean gutters, I've worked doing grounds keeping at a storage unit including clean outs.. Please. Someone out there help us. I don't have go fund me.. I'm not a scam. Just a mom doing what ever it takes (within reason) to get a vehicle for my family. My case number is 21-3271. The officer at the scene was Robert Olive. If anyone has any information about the woman driving, the license plate to this vehicle, a vehicle that I can work for or make small payments on, anything.. please contact me.
