Need weeds cleared and yard mowed

We let our yard go this past month, need someone to come in with a good mower and mow it all down. Doesn't have to be the prettiest job, but you will need a mower. There is some lumber in the back that may need to be moved to the alley to mow. Typically when I mow the yard it only takes me 20 minutes when its not tall weeds. Fairly small yard, I'll move the chairs and lawn furniture out of the way. Let me know what this may cost.
