Band need$ drummer

Looking for a drummer with great dynamic abilities (able to play with control, digital kits welcomed and encouraged). No fits on the kits please, if you only know one volume, or can't handle playing without killing the kit (breaking cymbals, heads, sticks, my will to live), move on please, too many gigs have been lost to DJs due to **LOUD BANDS**. Need to be able to stay in the pocket, not kill the drums, it's a band thing, not a drum solo. If the drums are loud, then the soundman has to turn up the rest of the band, then the complaints start coming in, then the list of venues start disappearing, it's a domino effect that keeps happening due to clueless LOUD BANDS!!! NEXT---- Learn the songs like the CD, not you're own version. Rehearsal is imminent and unavoidable, not going to happen with a couple of quick rehearsals, then show up with a half-ass band. It takes a lot of work to get booked, and we like repeat business, so a tight band goes a long way. The styles played are rock, classic rock, new rock, pop rock styles, this is a safe no grunge zone😵.
