This event is a meet and greet for growers to network in order to connect the gardening community of Metro Detroit. This is the second Detroit Grower's Meetup being held in the beautiful Griffin Gardens. The organizers, Marilyn Griffin (IG: @mylittlegreenspace) and Sterling Bowman – Randall (IG: @blackgirlgrowing) want to connect with local growers of all experience levels. Our goal is to create a friendly networking space where we can freely share tips, resources, and simply get to know each other. Bring a notepad, chair or blanket, and a special plant or item from your garden to show and tell. Community resources and information will be provided on site. Light refreshments will be available.
