I need a few repairs done.
Leaking faucet (Possible water running into crawl space. So it could be a faucet or line or both. I need that repaired.
One of the bedrooms has bad joints and a weak floor as a result. Rather than replace we want to do scab supports (simply cinder blocks and 4x4's) as at this time I don't want to take on bigger projects. At a later date we will replace joists in that room.
