I am interested in hiring someone or a company to do the following to my lawn, and my next door neighbor's lawn within the next 3 weeks. Total Square Feet of Lawn, about 12,000 Square Feet. 1) Dethatch Lawn 2) Rake and bag dethatch debris 3) Aerate Lawn 4) Overseed Lawn 5) Fertilize Lawn I will provide the seed and fertilizer.
