Professional Catering Staff needed

We are a professional staffing and management company providing staff primarily to caterers and private clients. We are looking for experienced on call waiters, bartenders, cooks, kitchen assistants, and event Captains and Supervisors. Again, on call; this is not a regular job, it's occasional work, usually on weekends. You need at least 6 months verified experience with a high end caterer, luxury hotel banquet department, or white tablecloth restaurant, and references I can check. You need to be willing to travel using your own car. We do a lot or work in DC and some in PA. We pay travel but we do not provide transportation. You need standard waiter uniforms (no tuxes needed; we quit using those long ago). If you're a bartender TIPS or similar certification is very helpful. ServSafe doesn't hurt either. Please note: if you don't meet these qualifications please don't apply. We are not able to train inexperienced people. There are plenty of caterers who will train you, sorry we can't but our clients are not interested in having us do on the job training on their time. Sorry about how this sounds but I've had too many people waste their time and mine. Now about pay; we pay on the high end of industry standard. Show me a recent check stub from one of the type of references listed above and we'll see if we can't beat it. This is independent contractor work. You are responsible for your own taxes.
