She loves to perch on her cat tree and look out the window or sunbathe, and would nap in your lap for hours if she could. She would love a cat tree or shelves of her own to decide when, and how, she would like to interact with you. Eight years young, she seeks out affection and treats from her foster mom like a kitten. Sabrina would do best in a home without small children. She takes a few days to warm up and sets very clear, strong boundaries for herself - we love an assertive queen! - but younger children might have difficulty understanding her body language and when she needs a break. Sabrina likes to be the one to initiate affection - you'll know she's ready for pets when she comes right up to you and gently head-butts your hands! You might need to be patient as Sabrina warms up and learns your boundaries as well, but this energetic girl is more than worth it when she feels safe with you.
