Looking to hire a general contractor to complete a half finished renovation project in Buckley, IL. Primary work will be completing a half finished master bath. The bath has already been gutted, reframed, re-plumbed and the electricity/fan wiring.  I require 2 pella windows to be installed, shower walls, build cement drain shower floor, tiling, shower fixtures installation,  drywall, painting, trim and vanity/ toilet / fixture installation. I will need in addition to bathroom lights installed, light fixtures changed out in 3 other rooms. The pictures show my half finished master bath and the finished bathroom my current contractor completed for you to get an idea of what my finished product will look like. I have other "projects" to be done which may be added onto the main project if interested. Those projects may include drywall in another room, assembling/building the walk in closet and potentially replacing 3 windows as well. I have every single thing needed to complete this job except the labor and tools. I want this job completed THIS MONTH. This contract will require a full work day commitment to complete without stopping until the work is completed. You must be able to provide proof of experience.. work history or references, etc.. If you're very experienced and want to work THIS MONTH MESSAGE ME. This project will pay $5,000-$11,000 upon completion of the project or projects. NO nonsense, I know exactly what work needs to be done and the best contractor started and is working on this project today. He has family obligations which keep him from being able to complete.
