ELMHURST, IL — In recent days, Elmhurst police have arrested people on charges of possession of a stolen car, disorderly conduct, DUI, drugs and driving violations. Here is information from the latest police reports: Stolen car Pablo Landa Carrillo, 26, of Addison, was arrested about 4 a.m. Aug. 18 at Lake and Walnut on charges of possession of a stolen motor vehicle, obstructing identification, resisting and obstructing a peace officer, and driving with a suspended license. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail. According to a police report, Carrillo ran away, but was caught. Police said he admitted knowing the car he was driving was stolen. Disorderly conduct Miriam Olague, 20, of Bensenville, was cited shortly after midnight Sunday in the parking garage in the 100 block of Addison on charges of disorderly conduct and consumption of alcohol by a minor. She was released on bond. According to a police report, Olague, who gave a false date of birth, was found to be in possession of an open can of beer and admitted to drinking three beers before police arrived. DUI Jaime Gomez, 27, of Chicago, was arrested about 2 a.m. Saturday at North and Northwest on charges of DUI and improper lane usage. He was released on bond. Jesse Marshell, 31, of Hillside, was arrested about 1 a.m. Sunday at Lake and Church on charges of DUI, possession of marijuana by a driver, stopping or standing in a roadway and possession of open alcohol. He was released on bond. According to a police report, he was found to be stopped at a green light and asleep behind the wheel. Drugs Nicholas E. Mato, 23, of Addison, was arrested about 10 p.m. Thursday at North and Willow on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and speeding. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail. According to a police report, he was found with psilocybin and 45 grams of medical marijuana. Driving violations Daniel J. Nemeth, 23, of Lombard, was cited about 1:30 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of West North on charges of driving with a suspended license and failure to wear a seat belt. He was released on bond. Tiffany Sheats, 45, of Maywood, was cited about 8 p.m. Friday at Roosevelt and York on charges of driving with a suspended license and improper passing of an emergency vehicle.
