MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION OF YOUR OWN! No Phone Calls, Please! Texts, ONLY! Looking for a hard working, dedicated and dependable independent contractor. Offering competitive pay structure. Experience is preferred but some training is offered in order to understand how we operate and complete jobs. Otherwise, you’re an independent contractor and must therefore be able to work independently within the function of each job. Physical Demands Ability to use tools and equipment of trade. Finger dexterity and hand/eye coordination is required to operate tools and machinery. Mobility to frequently alternate between sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping and reaching. Ability to lift at least 80 pounds unassisted.   Mental Demands Ability to interpret policies, procedures and regulations Ability to read and complete work orders Ability to communicate both orally and in written format Ability to work as a team member Self-starter, able to work with minimal direction and supervision, most of the time you will work alone.   Applicants must have EXPERIENCE in at least THREE of the following areas:   -Landscaping -Loading Trailers -Moving Furniture (including up and downstairs) -Light Demo (ex., Drywall Removal) -Masking Off/Removing Popcorn -Painting -Cleanups/Cleanouts -General Labor and Cleaning, etc. You will be performing ALL job types listed but as much experience as possible in some areas is needed to have the right amount of overall experience.   Guys if you do NOT do cleaning, for instance, cleaning an apartment for it to be ready to be rented, then please DO NOT APPLY! This is something we do consistently! Compensation: Independent contractor, paid per job. Plus, mileage and bonuses. Paid weekly on the Friday AFTER the week that was worked. That means a pay period runs from Monday-Sunday and is paid the following Friday. If you cannot wait the pay period to be paid then please do NOT apply. These are not big jobs, they are many, many small jobs. You will do several different jobs and job types throughout the day and week. Applicants MUST HAVE THEIR OWN TRANSPORTATION.
