Looking for horse board

I am looking for a place to board my horse. The barn I am at is not ideal for me. I am looking for a smaller-ish barn to board, preferably stall with daily turnout but will look at pasture board as well. Ideally I would like a place I can continue to give riding lessons a few times a week (I have a long list of credentials if you're looking for a part-time in-house trainer as well). There's a couple other boarders looking to join me as well if we find the right fit. Please let me know if you have a place or know of one! South side of the springs is ideal location but I'll drive further for the right place.
