Description
We help our customers protect the environment by minimizing the hazardous waste they generate. Materials we handle include computers, misc. electronic devices, domestic and industrial refrigeration equipment and all types of fluorescent lights.
Our ideal Receiver candidate will be someone who is customer service oriented and has experience working in a warehouse or production environment and can operator a forklift safely in tight spaces. Work schedule is currently Monday-Friday from 8am - 4:30pm.
Duties:
· Loading out-bound shipments.
· Preparing trucks with supplies for routes.
· Tracking and labeling materials.
· Assisting walk-in customers and taking phone calls.
· Cleaning and organizing work area and customer drop-off area.
· Handling cash and credit transactions.
· Utilizing forklift as needed.
· Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
Job Requirements:
· High school graduate or equivalent.
· Forklift certified, or ability to be trained.
· Previous warehouse experience.
· Maintain excellent attendance.
· Lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
· Ability to work well under pressure.
· Self-starter and team player.
· Accuracy and attention to detail.
· Possess excellent customer service skills speaking and writing English.
· Basic math skills including money transactions.
· Computer experience
