We're looking for a skilled maintenance technician to join our team of apartment maintenance specialists. Full time or part time, the right candidate will have a variety of skills including some but not necessarily all of the following: plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, flooring, tile and cabinet installation, landscape maintenance, sprinkler repair.
We maintain several buildings in the Ellwood area and you must be self-directed and able to work weekdays starting at 8 a.m. and some Saturdays. Basic English is required; basic Spanish is a plus.
