Hello all, I am in the process of starting my own small business as an urban farm using modern technology with a combination of cutting edge, high quality & efficient food technology for production of organic produce. Champion City Farms (“CCF”) is committed to the improvement of taste in vegetables, excellent quality and nutritional value. CCF will provide education, experience and research in the hydroponic & aquaponics fields. The farm will start and supply microgreens for the local market (farmers market & local restaurants) CCF is Veteran owned and run, it will eventually expand and later provide the growing & sales of other organic fruits & vegetables as the client list builds in its targeted market. CCF will be built around the development and training of skilled and semi-skilled staff in the hydroponic & aquaponics field.
