Anyone recognize this guy?

So for about a little less than a year I've been hounded by this guy who at one point resided somewhere here (he now lives in Chicago and at one point resided in the Chicago suburbs). He's essentially gipped me out $1300, has tracked down where I worked at one point (thankfully i don't work there anymore) has been over the top racist, and from what I've seen can get violent and manipulative. His name is Jonathan Butkovsky, but he goes by Mayday or Mix, and I guess he was involved in the vampire court in your area... Any info about him or any way that could help is great and if need be I can put up screenshots
