PARKING SPOT: Walk to School!

I currently live on N LBJ DR (a quarter way up the hill from Treff's, Pie Society, Dos Gatos, Mochas and Java's etc! I know they just sold out of parking passes for this year + it can be frustrating to find a spot even when you do have access. I live in a two bedroom by myself and therefore have / pay for an extra parking space in an exceptional location with easy walking distance to school. As you walk down the hill from this particular spot you enter the MIDDLE of campus which I love! Near Centennial / Old Main / Derrick Hall! Asking $400 up front for the 2021-2022 Fall and Spring semester. Guaranteed and reserved spot all year. Walk to campus / nearby food and coffee. The only thing I ask is no nighttime parking (after 6pm) or weekend parking. If post is still up then the spot is still available :-) Please email or text me a little about yourself and how often / around what times you would be parking in my spot. Looking for just an all around good person tbh! If all works out, we can exchange info. Meet at parking spot and make sure location works for you. I write down car info so you don't get towed / You pay via cash & boom it's yours! You will have my number so if something arises you can text or call me anytime throughout the year. Also if you ever needed to park on weekends or nights I would be willing to make an exception from time to time <3 Thank uuuuuuuu!
