Basic requirements needed for joining the Carvana team: Must be able to read, write, speak & understand English. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to carry and transport up to 60 pounds independently. Requires working in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, wet, & may have fumes/odors.
