Hello, I'm an automotive engineer working to understand mental health in the industry. I'm working through my blog: sustainingautomobility.com Lately I've been struggling to understand some of the mental health issues in the industry. There's very little research on the topic, but many people in the industry are stressed, or dependent on drugs or alcohol. Crime is committed frequently; white collar crime, violent crime, and theft. I'm trying to understand why these things happen, when the industry provides stable jobs and income to people.
