We are seeking a Seamstress in Oceanside CA LOCATION Full-Time Experience IS REQUIRED for this position (walking foot industrial machines) A great opportunity for a motivated, passionate person looking to help us a small business continue to grow in the North County area, producing high quality leather goods. We are looking to expand our small team with the following positions: SEAMSTRESS PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: • Operate industrial walking foot machines in a production environment • Working in a production environment • Hand working with leather, adhesives and other machines DIE CUTTING / PRE-SEW PREP: • Working with die cutting machine to produce pattern pieces of rubber and leather • Folding, applying adhesives, punching holes & rivets • Use of some light machines including electric hardware presses • Must be good with your hands • Working in a production environment • Experience preferred but not required for this position SHIPPING CLERK: • Careful attention to detail when picking and packing product to ship • Building boxes, folding tissue paper • Reading orders to ensure packing correct product • Use computer system to pull shipping labels for customer orders QUALIFICATIONS: • Team player with high work ethic and crafting skills • Should be well adept at working with your hands • Should be comfortable standing for long periods of time • Must be authorized to work in the US with proper documentation SALARY & DETAILS: * Mon-Fri (7-3:30) * PART-TIME & FULL-TIME Available * BENEFITS for Full Time Employees * Direct Deposit Payroll * Pay is DOE and position
