Sign Shop: Production/Installer Position available for a capable individual with sign making experience or learning ability in the following required skills: Work Includes: fabrication and installation of all types of signs: vinyl/print applications, laminating, cut/weed/mask/apply to substrates, wood, metal, paint, window and vehicle graphics/wraps, trade show displays, interior/exterior signage, etc. Overall shop maintenance and upkeep Pluses: **Experience in sign making and sign production techniques** Experience with, various shop tools Knowledge of decision-making substrates, materials, tool, and fabrication skills Ability to climb and work on ladders, stand for long periods and undertake some heavy lifting. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills are critical, as well as the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Ability to work independently, have problem-solving and decision making skills, takes the initiative, and follows through. Flexible--must have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines (working before/after-hours once in a while). MOST IMPORTANT: Must be reliable, punctual, presentable, enthusiastic, and have an honest, hard-working attitude.
