CAT LOVER NEEDED**Rehoming Male 2year old Cat

Hi, I need to rehome my cat, he's 2 year old male (he is fixed and has shots). He is territorial and has weird habits. I am moving across country and cannot take him with me. Ive had him since he was 3 weeks old. Hes fine with dogs but hates other cats. Hes very people friendly and he doesn't hide. I will not charge a rehoming fee and will include his litter box, cat trees, notes about his habits, car crate and food. He needs attention and with 2 small kids he likes to stalk children, I cannot take any risks. My goal is for him to have a yard so he can climb trees and chase bugs.
