Bravo Xteriors is seeking skilled and hardworking crew members to assist our Landscaping Projects & Lawn Maintenance Departments. We pride ourselves in sustaining excellent curb appeal as well as providing customers with beautiful landscaping fixtures to enjoy year-round. Job responsibilities include:
Conducting strenuous and physically demanding tasks for long hours and in extreme environmental conditions.
Following instructions from supervisors and implementing project plans.
Reading work orders to produce projects to the specifications prepared by other construction or sales professionals.
Experiencing using hand and power tools such as weed eaters, edgers, blowers, riding, stand on and push mowers and hedge trimmers.
Dirt work, tree trimming, and installation of turf, sod, trees, flower beds, and rocks.
Pace of work is conducted at industry norms. No lollygagging.
Experience pulling a trailer.
Operating and maintaining machinery and landscaping equipment.
Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Lifting and carrying weight in excess of 50lbs.Mowing lawns, weed eating, and edging.
Efficient time management skills.
Observing and fixing potential safety hazards to avoid employee or customer injury.
Knowledge of regulations and codes to ensure compliance with regulatory safety standards are adhered to.
Cleaning the project site by removing any hazardous materials and debris upon job completion.
Adhering to Morning, EOD, and Weekly job processes and checklists including shop inventory and equipment maintenance, as necessary.
