We are a real estate management company looking for a reliable person to help maintain our property on Prospect Street, on the Yale corridor. You should have your own transportation and be located close enough to the property to make it there to assist the Super during snowstorms. Duties would include vacuuming hallways, helping to clean and ready vacant apartments for new tenants, trash removal, outdoor maintenance, some painting. The most important considerations are reliability and availability to reach the property to help clear snow during winter storms.
Employment is 10-15 hours per week to start.
