Hi: We need an electrician for a few hours of work in a vacant condo. We need some recessed lighting wired and switched in one room and troubleshooting a switch issue in another. Also 4 fire alarms swapped out and a couple fixtures installed. Should be about 3 hours of work, but we will pay $50 an hour with a $200 minimum for the work to someone willing to come by TODAY. Because this is a condo we need a licensed tech for this work. Thanks!
