$500 signing bonus after 90 day probation. **Must have proof of vaccination** To apply, please visit our website at: Duties and Responsibilities The primary responsibility of the Utility Person includes all aspects of the daily care of the production center facility and maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness, sanitation and biosecurity inside and around the cultivation area. This position may also perform other duties related to the successful operation of the Company as requested by the Director of Production Development. Operational Duties • Cleaning/sanitizing pots to ensure that there are sufficient levels for repotting • Complete daily and periodic cleaning tasks as assigned. Daily cleaning consists of: Sweeping and spot mopping all areas on the cultivation floor, common bathroom, break room, and loading area. • Proper disposal of waste at the end of each day • Performs ground maintenance by mowing, watering, sweeping and weeding the facility • Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, hanging shelves, etc. • Proper usage, maintenance and storage of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to: Shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, Fiskars, scissors, loppers, stools, gloves, rags, ladders, goggles, and mowers. • Maintain solar panel array through regular cleaning Qualifications Education None Work Experience Required Working knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment Experience using hand and electrical tools Knowledge of the English language to understand operating instructions for cleaning equipment and materials and safety and accident prevention Required Knowledge, Skills, and abilities • Ability to communicate effectively in English both in written form and verbally • Ability to work outdoors under adverse weather conditions • Ability to climb ladders and stairs • Ability to pick up and carry 65 pounds • Ability to operate cleaning and grass-cutting machines • Ability to stand for prolonged period of time • Ability to willing attend and participate in training sessions • Ability to learn and practice acceptable cleaning methods • Ability to willing acquire skills in the operation of cleaning and grass-cutting machines used in the assigned facility and to be a self-starter • Interact positively with co-workers, and vendors. • Performs other duties as assigned.
