Job Description CREW LEADER REQUIREMENTS: - Must have valid Driver's License - Good written and oral communication necessary. - Valid driver's license and clean driving record necessary! - Time Management skills to oversee and keep 1-5 crew members busy. - Understanding of landscape plans, designs, and proper horticultural techniques. - Completing each project to client satisfaction and company standards efficiently and completely. - Irrigation, hardscape, snow removal, water features, grading and lighting knowledge is a plus. Crew Members Requirements: - Uphold Company standards - Ability to follow direction from supervisors and see those tasks to completion quickly and completely. - General landscape knowledge - Must be able to work commercial equipment (weed eater, stick edger, backpack blower, 0 turn mowers etc...) -Must be able to do light grading and drainage. Certified Spray Technicians must: - Have 1 year experience - Valid Driver's License - Ability to take instruction from supervisor - General Turf, Plant, Tree, Weed, and Disease identification necessary - Detail orientated - Complete paperwork fully before moving to next job site Full-time and part-time positions available.
