We are looking for a handyman to join our team! Handyman will be responsible for a cluster of buildings in the SoHo area. *Resume required!* Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for basic buildings repairs such as: 1. Plumbing 2. Carpentry 3. Painting 4. Plastering/compound 5. Electrical 6. Tilework 7. HVAC 8. Basic Boiler Maintenance 9. Appliance Repairs 10. and to other building related systems. • Not necessarily have experience in all of above. • Address work order repairs and to report to the office the status of such repairs. • Perform seasonal maintenance including snow removal as needed • You will be responsible for maintaining your set of buildings • On-Call during emergencies / weekend if required • Coordinate with tenants to set time for repairs About You You are the ideal candidate for this role if you are a reliable and skillful maintenance professional with strong hands on experience. • You have at least 3 years experience in a handyman role • You are able to work in indoor and outdoor environments in all weather conditions • You can work independently or as a part of team. • You can communicate with tenants • Owns and knows how to use a smart phone. • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $50,000 / year License/Certification: • S12/S13 will need to be obtained within 3 months of hiring.
