SERVPRO is expanding the team and is needing a Production Technician. We are hiring for our Salem location. This person is first on the scene when disaster strikes for our customers. This includes during the normal business hours, after hours and weekends if you are on rotation for on-call. Responsibilities and specific duties:· Manage Customer Satisfaction· Access all affected areas or contents and removal if needed· Initial water extraction by setting air movers or dehumidifiers to mitigate loss· Effectively communicate with associates, Crew Leader and Customers· Safety and Risk Management· Utilize iPad, some working knowledge and technical skills· Team oriented, positive attitude and excellent attention to detailRequirements:· Drug screen, background investigation and driver’s license are mandatory· 18 years or older· Walk, stand, climb, lift and carry 50lbs or more daily· High School Diploma or equivalent· Water or fire mitigation is a plus* This position has potential for over time and bonuses *Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftHolidaysMonday to FridayOn callOvertimeWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location:One locationWork Remotely:No
