Terminally ill vet needs help

I am a 74-year-old veteran with terminal Pulmonary Fibrosis. I only have about 3-6 months before it's over, and I need help selling all the things I have accumulated over the years. So many things to dispose of. I have a lady I've been with for the past 30 years, and she is taking such good care of me. I want to dispose of the things she will not need or cannot use, but I don't know how to do that. I need someone to help me sell all of those things, and be sure it sells for a fair price. Please be honest and don't take advantage of a dying old man's last chance to give something back to the one I care about the most.
