Description
Property management company seeks helper for property maintenance in the Miami Beach area.
Candidate must have basic knowledge or experience with cleaning and maintenance, and preferably experience with general repairs and/or painting. This is NOT a cleaning/housekeeping position. Position involves a lot of manual labor/heavy lifting. Spanish and/or Portuguese speaking is a plus.
Salary depends on experience ($12 to $18 per hour).
Hours are Monday through Friday approximately 35 to 40 hours per week, full time.
