Help me celebrate my 28th return with I'm coming home to Detroit for my birthday and want to celebrate with you! This past year has not been easy AND it has been doused in recovery and dripped in healing, and I have missed sharing this energy with you! Our healing celebration will begin with an opening breathwork practice followed by a movemnt practice to my favorite jams. This is an opportunity to connect, celebrate, and be in the community with one another. if you've been missing this, please do show face :) I hope you'll celebrate with me :) What you'll need: Yoga MatBlanketWaterWhat you'll want: Anything that keeps you comfortable outsideBug spraySomething to light (if you know what I mean) COVID PRECAUTIONS Please wear your mask upon arrival. Once socially distanced, masks can be removed.PLEASE DO NOT attend if you have had COVID in the last 30 days or feel any kind of sick. Please socially distance and ask for consent to get close.
