Learn the basics of sampling and judging beer! Ever wondered what makes a beer "good"? Obviously, we all have our preferences and favorites, but there's a whole world of standards and guidelines for traditional beer styles... and we're going to learn all about them! Join us at Stillmank for an educational experience around identifying the characteristics of beer! Certified BJCP Judge Trevor LaRene will be our guide for the evening, assisted by professional brewers Brad Stillmank and Neil Froelich. We'll sample 9-12 different beer styles over the course of the evening and discuss each one in detail. Class is $30 per person. This is a women-only event... sorry guys! If there's interest, we'll plan another co-ed version in the near future. This could be your first step onto the exciting path of becoming a professional beer judge! Girls Pint Out is a national craft beer organization for women.
