Join us at Bee Way Honey Pollination for a FREE 60-minute outdoor barre3 class. We can't wait to officially open our doors in Happy Valley this winter, but until then we'll be hosting pop-up classes around the community. Join us at Bee Way Honey Pollination on Saturday, September 25th at 10:00 am. Grab your yoga mat, water and optional weights, and we'll lead you in a heart-pumping, soul-filling 60-minute signature barre3 class. New to barre3? Welcome! barre3 is a full-body, balanced workout combining strength condition, cardio and mindfulness. All fitness levels are welcomed and encouraged. Come as you are; we can't wait to move with you! Join us for pop-up classes around the Happy Valley community as we await our doors officially opening this December 2021. All you'll need is a yoga mat, water bottle and optional handheld weights.
