We are honored to host Cory Schreiber, James Beard Award Winning Chef, at our restaurant for a cooking demonstration and 4-course dinner
Cory will be teaching us how to make the perfect risotto. He will demonstrate how to cook this classic Italian dish and incorporate fall harvest vegetables like wild Chantrelle mushrooms and Delicata squash along with Country Natural beef. Cory Schreiber started his career working in his great grandfather’s restaurant, Dan & Louis Oyster Bar, a Portland culinary tradition since 1907. He opened his own restaurant, Wildwood, in 1994 and went on to win the James Beard Award for Best Chef Pacific Northwest. We will also serve a delicious fall dessert from his cookbook, Rustic Fruit Desserts and you can pick up a signed copy of his cookbook to take home!
