Join KICK IT BY ELIZA instructor, Kristyn Vorster, for a fitness class at LauderAle Brewery in Fort Lauderdale! KICK IT BY ELIZA is a 13-round music-driven fitness method that includes cardio kickboxing, low impact exercises and a meditative cool down. All fitness levels are welcome. The class can be modified to your comfort level and is designed to make you feel AMAZING on the inside and out!!
