gentle yoga, self-massage, & guided breathwork.
These Peace Offerings are specifically curated to provide you with a deep sense of calm as we transition into our Fall schedules. Imagine gently slipping into a state of peace as you're guided through gentle movement, self-massage, and deep breathing...all while surrounded by Nature. That's what these sessions provide.
Each week will focus on a different area of the body that normally holds tension:
9/12: Neck & Shoulders
9/19: Back & Spine
9/26: Hips & Legs
No previous yoga experience is required, but please bring your own mat or blanket. You'll receive an email with the exact location within the park before the event.
