Mount flatscreen onto faux brick fireplace mantle

I need someone to drill into a very hard surface in order to mount a flatscreen TV, sound bar and shelf. The surface is either porcelain or ceramic and is smooth and shiny. I would also like help mounting these items. Must have experience drilling into masonry and your own rotary drill.
