Join Melissa Pond and Hannah Haddadi for a 45 minute experience of community acupuncture and spiritual healing.
Offered the first Saturday of every month to help restore and balance oneself for the month ahead. Time will be spent listening to singing bowls, needles will be placed, and throughout needle retention time you will be led through a guided meditation.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or any other cozy item to lay on

*Acupuncture points will be pre-selected. These points focus on balancing energy and relieving stress. You have the choice to opt out of any point that has been selected. These points will only be placed on the head, arms, and legs.
