Premier Basement Systems, Inc is looking for a construction supervisor and team leader. We are a local basement waterproofing and spray foam insulating / mud jacking company that specializes in basement and crawl space repair, foundation repair, foam mud-jacking, and spray foam insulation. We service North Idaho and Eastern Washington and are conveniently located in Post Falls, Idaho. We are family owned and operated and have been working in the Inland Northwest for over 20 years. We are looking for a team player with a great sense of humor and work ethic. We like to make our work FUN and want someone who can do the same.
Due to the nature of the position, candidate must be a good communicator, able to express oneself clearly, and efficiently manage the workers under their supervision. Candidate must be able to perform daily physical labor, including heavy lifting, and has no aversion to occasionally working in tight spaces or getting dirty.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD and be able to obtain DOT medical card.
This position is a full time position which requires flexibility with hours. Generally all work is performed from 7am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
