He was a stray that we took in a year ago. We were going to re-home him then but he climbed out the temporary kennel we had him in and broke his leg. We were going to re-home him after his leg healed but we fell in love with him. But he has an issue when it comes to feeding that we were hoping would go away but has not. He does well with any animal and other dogs but we cannot leave unlimited food out or feed him with any other animal because he gets possessive and will attack but not hurt them. He also thinks the other animals or dogs food is his. He does not do that with people in fact he seems to love it when we sit with him while he eats. He needs to be an only animal or you have to have a fence, gate or wall between him and any other animals while eating and then pick up the food after they are done. He does like to wander and if he sees an opportunity to escape he will. He is so sweet. He was inside last winter because we had to keep an eye on him while his leg healed and had no potty accidents. We are asking for a re-homing fee of $200 for the vet cost.
