Start the school year out with some fun at the 2021 Lorton Fall Festival Fun Run brought to you by the South County Swim and Dive Team! Join us in supporting the South County Swim and Dive Team at the 5th Annual Candy Cane Fun Run, for kids age 12 and under, which takes place at the Lorton Fall Festival. Santa decided to visit Lorton early this year due to missing many kids last year! The big guy in red will be available for a free photo op following the race! Registration includes: • Race packet • Finishers 'award' • Water bottle Race Day Schedule 9:00am Packet pick-up/Race day sign up 9:20am Santa arrives 9:30am FUN RUN BEGINS! 10:00am Runners encouraged to go over to the Fall Festival area to have their photo taken with Santa and participate in additional kid-friendly activities. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION • The run will be approximately 100 yards (10 and over) and approximately 50 yards (9 and under). Runners can participate until the event ends at 10:15am. • Candy Cane Fall Fun Run rain date is Sept 26. There will be no refunds. • Same day registrations will be accepted. However, giveaway items and finisher "medals" are only guaranteed for registrations made prior to 5 September.
