Learn to make great cocktails using local products from Barking Irons! Barking Irons makes some wonderful products right here in New York. People are always asking though, "how do we use these products to make cocktails at home?" This class has the answers! Enter Matt Riordan, Barking Irons Rep and NYC Mixologist! Matt is going to show you how to take your favorite bottle of Applejack or Gin and create simple, yet scrumptious drinks in your own home. Each attendee will have receive live instruction on how to make the drinks, a taste, oral history of the brand and spirit, as well as drink recipes themselves to take home. Bottles will be available for purchase on site. Admission is FREE to those over 21 years old with valid ID and with preregistration on Eventbrite.com . There are 3 separate timeslots. Space for each class is limited, so please only signup if you are able to attend. Boutique Wines, Spirits, & Ciders is located at 18 Westage Drive Fishkill NY next to Hudson Buffett and directly across the street from both Walmart and Cracker Barrel. A specialty wine, spirits, and hard cider shop now open in the Hudson Valley, conveniently located by the intersection of I-84 and Route 9.  We think that wines, spirits, ciders and food should be a fun experience.  Going to the local wine shop should be something to look forward to, not just another errand on a never-ending list of things to get accomplished.
