Maintenance Position Compensation: DOE Employment type: Full-time Summary The Maintenance Personnel will be responsible for maintaining maintenance operations of an apartment community. This position will work closely with the Supervisor and Property Manager and will be responsible for maintenance service requests, preventative maintenance program, compliance and safety standards, and customer service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service by performing service request. • Inspect grounds, buildings, AC units, and other community features daily to minimize liability concerns and to ensure excellent curb appeal at all times. • Participate in monthly unit inspections. • Prepare vacant units for marketing and move ins; to include restoration and cleaning. • Assist with the general upkeep and cleaning of the common areas; on the complex property. • Participate in on-call emergency service request. • Must live on complex property. • Perform additional tasks and responsibility as required.
