MEMCO Spring is looking for a General Laborers to work in the Conroe and surrounding areas. Applicants please make note that this position is OUTSIDE on the HIGHWAY, there are no rest areas or shaded places. Please be aware these are outside job positions requiring hard labor. Duties and Responsibilities • Unload tools, prepare building site materials, stack building materials, and set up equipment • Follow project instructions from construction manager or supervisor • Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks • Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment • Ensure regulated and proper headgear, earplugs, gloves, safety glasses, and clothing are worn • Prepare new construction sites by digging, moving dirt, or compacting space • Clean and clear debris and material • Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly Requirements • Must be at least 18 years of age • Previous labor or construction experience • Reliable transportation • Must present documents that establish identity and eligibility to work in the US • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to lift heavy loads as needed • Must have no felonies in the past 3 year (can not be on deferral) • Must be able to pass drug screen Pay for this position will start at $15/Hour Please call (832) 764-5290 to apply
