Join us for an intimate Oktoberfest celebration here on Elmwood with four plated courses paired with four of our house beers. Eins, Zwei, Drei, G’suffa!In celebration of the most notorious festival surrounding our favorite beverage here at Thin Man Brewery, we are pleased to announce another year of our Oktoberfest beer pairing dinner. Enjoy four courses inspired by exceptional German fare, each paired with our house made brews as our Executive Chef and brewers guide you through each course of this memorable meal. Bavarian PretzelFresh hand made pretzels twisted and baked to perfection. Served warm with hot beer mustard, made with our very own Pills Mafia Pilsner. Smoked RouladenSmoked bacon nubs, onions, pickles and mustard, layered and wrapped in thinly shaved beef. Smoked over whiskey-soaked hickory and sliced thin. Served with a red wine reduction and kartoffelpuffer (potato pancake). JägerschnitzelThinly pounded breaded pork cutlet topped with our house brown ale mushroom gravy. Served over fresh house made spätzle with mushrooms and beer braised red cabbage. Minkey Boodle StrudelOur house made strudel stuffed with our Minkey Boodle Raspberry Sour Ale compote, dusted with powdered sugar and topped with our house Porter fudge sauce.
