Shawn Tegtmeier with Be Amazed Training is collaborating with Dana Tress of Smith Balance+Concussion Center to offer you a strength training class that focuses on all things Balance! Staying fit and strong as you age is very important, but equally important is protecting your balance. This class combines the two and offers a 6-week beginner course on the following topics:
What is balance and why is it important?
Proprioception
Vision
Vestibular
Strength
This 6-week strength and balance fitness class series meets on Thursdays from 1:00pm-2:00pm from October 7 - November 11.
